Possession of Methamphetamine Dismissed, October 2022

Client got a special treat on Halloween: Felony possession of methamphetamine, which has a maximum possible penalty of three years in prison, completely dismissed. We advised the State early-on there were issues with the traffic stop. Case dismissed at calendar call.
